After a few hit and miss years of injury and James Dunn finally found himself a race win in the opening EMX300 moto at the Lombardia.

It was an awesome effort from Dunn in incredibly hot conditions and on a brutal sand based track, and certainly goes to show he's coming back to the form and the potential that many knows he has. In blazing conditions James couldn't quite the better of fellow Brit Brad Anderson though as 'Ando' came out for retribution in moto two and took the win, while James finished third, giving him second overall.

Dunn's teammate and defending champion Mike Krass also fought hard in heat to go 3-7 for third overall to remain second in the championship, 21 points behind Anderson. Dunn is now up to seventh in the championship after missing round two in Russia. Good work again lads.
