Some of our DEP supported UK youth riders had yet more solid results at the opening round of the Michelin MX Nationals last weekend
Most notably Team Green Kawasaki's Lewis Hall, who took the overall in the MXY2 class with a dominant display of riding. At just 14 years of age and in his 'rookie' year on the 250 he's showing a maturity and speed that is really turning heads, winning all but one race by around 30 seconds or more it's no wonder!
His younger teammate Bobby Bruce also grabbed his first outdoor win of the year after a succesful Arenacross tour and that helped him to third overall. Like Lewis Bobby is in his 'rookie' year in the big wheeled 85cc class and has started his outdoor MX year with two podiums thus far.
In the small wheeled class Alfie 'Boy' Jones also rattled out another podium finishing second overall in the small wheeled 85cc class on his Husqvarna and he's also in his first year of 85cc racing.
Top effort you kids, doing us proud. Keep it lit!
